pak365 Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Playing Fairly

Welcome to pak365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pak365 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") in connection with your use of the pak365 website at pak365.online and all associated services, games, and features offered through it.

pak365 is operated under an international gaming licence. The platform is designed specifically for the Pakistani market and all transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to every player registered on pak365, regardless of their city, province, or device.

pak365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active players of material changes through the platform's in-app notification system or via the email address registered to your account.

To register and maintain an active account on pak365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak365 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 18. Age verification is carried out at the point of first withdrawal and pak365 may request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person and registering for your own personal use. Corporate registrations are not permitted without prior written agreement from pak365.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where it is the player's sole responsibility to confirm the legal status of online betting in their location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pak365 or any of its game providers or payment partners.
• You must not have had a previous pak365 account that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. Registering with false identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on pak365. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or through different identity documents – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access
• A valid Pakistani mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication
• Your date of birth
• A secure password of your own choosing

You are responsible for keeping your pak365 login credentials confidential. You must not share your password, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automation software to access or operate your account. pak365 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account verification on pak365 requires submission of a copy of your valid CNIC and a recent selfie at the time of your first withdrawal request. Verification is required to process any withdrawal and to increase deposit limits above the standard unverified threshold. pak365 may request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, for accounts showing large transaction volumes.

pak365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are credited to your pak365 wallet in PKR at the exact amount received, with no conversion markup or hidden processing fee applied by pak365.

The minimum deposit on pak365 is Rs 200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though transaction limits set by individual payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) apply independently and are outside pak365's control.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pak365 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your pak365 wallet and used for betting activity. If you deposit more than intended, contact support before using the funds and we will assist where possible.
• pak365 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if there is reasonable suspicion that a deposit is connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Deposits credited to your pak365 wallet do not earn interest regardless of how long they remain unused.

Verified pak365 players may withdraw their available wallet balance (excluding any locked bonus funds) at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practice.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pak365 is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals above Rs 500,000 may be processed in stages over multiple business days for security verification purposes.

• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals to NayaPay and SadaPay are typically processed within 15–60 minutes.
• Bank IBFT transfers are typically processed within 2–4 hours during business hours.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

pak365 does not charge a withdrawal fee on any transaction. Any fee deducted by the receiving payment provider is outside pak365's control and is not a pak365 charge.

pak365 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to the player's wallet if the withdrawal is requested in error by the player, or if a subsequent review identifies a compliance issue with the account or the transaction.

pak365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the point of offer. The general bonus terms in this section apply to all pak365 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses credited to your pak365 account are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated to be cash bonuses with no requirement. The wagering requirement is stated in the promotion terms and specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Until then, only real-money (non-bonus) wallet funds can be withdrawn.
• Each pak365 bonus promotion is available to a player once unless explicitly stated as a recurring or reload bonus. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes fraud.
• pak365 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus from a player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging designed solely to meet wagering requirements, use of automated betting systems, or collusion between accounts.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the wallet automatically without notice beyond the expiry date shown in the promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new pak365 accounts only. A "new account" means a first-ever registration at pak365. Reopening a previously closed account does not qualify for a welcome bonus.

All sports and virtual sports bets placed on pak365 are governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific rules apply to individual markets and are available within the pak365 betting interface.

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation notification from pak365. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been placed.
• pak365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to technical malfunction or data feed error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-play (live) bets on pak365 are placed and accepted at the odds available at the moment of confirmation. Odds change continuously during live events and the odds at confirmation are the binding odds for the bet, not the odds visible at the moment you clicked "Place Bet."
• Minimum bet stake on pak365 is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport, and account history and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing.
• pak365 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any account at any time, particularly for accounts that consistently place winning bets at favourable odds across multiple markets. This is a normal industry practice and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by pak365.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled are voided and stakes returned to your pak365 wallet unless specific market rules for that event type state otherwise.
• Accumulator bets require all individual selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one or more legs are voided due to cancellation, the accumulator odds are recalculated without the voided leg.

Casino games available on pak365 – including but not limited to Aviator, crash games, live baccarat, poker, roulette, and virtual sports simulations – are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by both these Terms and the specific game rules displayed within the game interface.

Casino game outcomes on pak365 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. pak365 does not control, influence, or alter game outcomes. The house edge for each game type is built into the game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage, which is published by the game supplier and displayed on the pak365 platform where available.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games are displayed within each game interface. These limits apply per round or per hand and may differ from sportsbook limits.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a casino round, the outcome of the incomplete round is determined by the game supplier's malfunction rules. If a round cannot be completed, the stake is returned to your pak365 wallet.

pak365 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak365 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment details for deposits or withdrawals
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or loopholes in the pak365 platform
• Colluding with other players in poker or other multiplayer games
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or operate your account
• Sharing account access with another person for any reason

• Providing false identity documents during verification

pak365 uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor accounts for unusual patterns. When suspicious activity is detected, the account may be placed under review and transactions held pending investigation. pak365 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases take 24 hours to activate.
• Session time reminders: Set notifications to alert you after a specified amount of time has passed in a single gaming session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your pak365 account and be excluded from marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.

• pak365 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• pak365's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
• pak365 is not responsible for interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device malfunctions, or third-party network failures.
• pak365 does not guarantee that any particular odds, game outcome, or promotional offer will be available at any given time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any product, market, or promotion at any time.
• The player accepts that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected part of gambling. pak365 is not liable for losses incurred through legitimate gambling activity on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak365's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation made by pak365 to the player.

pak365 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable laws or regulations, changes to our operational practices, changes to our payment infrastructure, or updates to the games and services we offer.

When material changes are made to these Terms, pak365 will notify active players through one or more of the following channels:

• An in-platform notification visible when you next log in to your pak365 account
• An email to the address registered on your account
• A banner or pop-up on the pak365 website

If you continue to use pak365 after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change to the Terms, you should stop using pak365 and contact support to discuss options regarding your account balance.

Minor changes such as correcting typographical errors, clarifying existing provisions without changing their effect, or updating contact information may be made without specific notification, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
